This placement is based within our Technical Services team who provide support to our customers by ensuring their homes are maintained, serviced and improved. This includes Repair and Maintenance, Mechanical and Electrical, Construction Programme and Business Planning and Contracts areas. This ensures people requiring a day-to-day repair or improvement to their home receive a high quality, cost effective service.

The role will:

  • With support, estimate costs and create budgets for construction projects.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analyses.
  • Assist in procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with project teams to monitor adherence to budgets and conduct site inspections.

The role will start in September 2024 and finish at the end of June 2025.
