The WDH Graduate Placement role in Reward and Workforce Analytics offers a unique and exciting opportunity to gain experience in the specialist area of Pay, Reward and Workforce Analytics.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

  • research best practice in terms of workforce reporting and intelligence and provide recommendations for improvement;
  • support the provision of workforce reporting and intelligence including extracting, analysing and presenting data;
  • support the existing employee benefits provision including promotional activity to increase awareness and take up;
  • research into new and emerging employee benefit trends and providing recommendations for improvement and enhancement of the existing offer;
  • support the review of business processes including systems development

You will work alongside a mentor and relevant training and development will be provided.

The role will start in September 2024 and finish at the end of June 2025.
