This placement is based within our Care and Health team who provide support to our customers including providing Adaptations and Wellbeing (Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Navigators, Wellbeing Caseworkers and Housing Coordinators), Care Link and Independent Living.

The role will include:

  • Streamlining our Care and Health services through automation and digital solutions. 
  • Ensuring efficient delivery to our service users, enhancing the customer journey and prioritising their wellbeing.
  • Work closely with all teams to achieve best practice in delivery of services.
  • Focussing on the secure storage and responsible sharing of sensitive health data.

The role will start in September 2024 and finish at the end of June 2025.
