Neighbourhoods Panels

We have seven Neighbourhood Panels, which are made up of a range of community representatives.

The role of Neighbourhood Panels is to determine local priorities and contribute to the development, implementation and challenge of local plans and engagement strategies and to agree local solutions to local issues. Neighbourhood Panels work to ensure residents from across the district are involved in everything we do.

Customer Excellence Group (CEG)

We are committed to co-regulation with our tenants and residents, ensuring that scrutiny and challenge is applied to our services and performance.

The CEG plays a key role in making sure this happens in practice by:

  • providing a tenant-led approach to looking at the services which directly affect them;
  • acting as a critical friend to the organisation and taking an independent view of our performance before assessing it against agreed standards; and
  • operating independently of any decision making structures on behalf of tenants and residents to make sure we provide tenant-centred services of the highest standards.

Are you passionate about the community you live in? Do you want to be involved in the standard of housing available to you? Can you challenge in a positive, objective and constructive way which aims to add value, recommending improvements where necessary?
