An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Estate Management Team for a highly motivated individual to take a lead role in customer involvement.
What you'll be doing
- be part of the Resident Involvement Team, enabling customer voice and in-fluence;
- undertake consultation and communication, to improve inclusivity and representative customer influence;
- maximise partnership opportunities with community stakeholders to work together to promote engagement;
- support tenants’ associations in activities that improve their communities to increase their influence and impact;
- develop initiatives and events that will encourage customers and stakeholders to contribute to the development and improvement of their community;
- capture data through consultation, analyse and present the results to ensure customer influence informs our decision - making; and
- use a range of channels to ensure we hear the voices of customers across the whole of our operating area.
What we’re looking for
To join the Resident Involvement Team, we’re looking for someone with:
- the right attitude to develop vibrant communities through the organisation’s Resident Involvement and Scrutiny policy;
- excellent communication skills. You will have a positive attitude to empowering customers to influence our service delivery;
- wide experience of sharing information to promote participation using methods including social media and online platforms: and
- a qualification at level 2 of the Regulated Qualifications Framework.
