We have an exciting prospect to join our Communications team as a Communications Support Assistant.  The role will be an integral part of ensuring our brand is consistently communicated across all our channels and services areas, through monitoring, formatting and standardising corporate documents. 

What you’ll be doing:

We’re looking for the right person to help us produce and format high quality, professional reports, presentations, letters and other information for the wider organisation using Adobe Acrobat and appropriate Microsoft Office programs.  You will help us ensure our brand is applied consistently by taking a proactive approach to brand monitoring.

You will be responsible for creating, co-ordinating and monitoring templates, ensuring that quality control is applied to a consistently high standard and meets business image both internally and externally.

What we’re looking for:

To join our Communications department, we’re looking for someone with:

  • a solid understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • experience of administration work;
  • effective organisational skills with a flexible approach to service delivery;
  • effective communications skills; and
  • a qualification at level 2 of the Regulated Qualifications Framework in Maths and English.
