We are looking for experienced and well motivated tree climbers/maintenance officers to help ensure that all WDH trees remain in a safe and healthy condition.
As part of our Landscape Team you will work both from the ground and within the tree canopy using specialised equipment in order to maintain trees to high quality standards whilst also ensuring that safe working practice is applied at all times to protect personal and public safety.
What we're looking for
- the experience of and ability to carry out all tree work to British Standards through the use of appropriate arboriculture equipment and machinery;
- an understanding of the concept of customer care;
- proven awareness of health and safety procedures; and
- the ability to carry out a range of general duties that will have a positive impact on our environments.
Applicants will need a valid UK driving licence and the ability to tow trailers under C1E of the UK driving licence regulations in order to travel throughout the district and to locations required by the business.
