What you’ll be doing

You will support our busy Estate Management Team by accurately monitoring, producing and reporting financial and operational information using multiple performance systems.

We are looking for someone who can manage and interpret data sets to draw conclusions and present information appropriately to both internal teams and to our tenants who engage with WDH. Strong organisational and presenting skills are important in this role as you may present to other teams and to customers at events.

You will work alongside internal teams to build effective working relationships, partner with external organisations and liaise with the companies we have financial relationships with to manage our budgets.

What we’re looking for

To join the Estates Team, we’re looking for someone with:

  • an understanding of the needs and challenges our communities face;
  • able to learn new performance systems and interpret data;
  • have strong skills in Microsoft programmes such as excel, powerpoint, forms and power automate; and 
  • have strong organisational skills to manage a busy and varied workload.
