We are looking for an experienced and well organised Admin Officer to provide administrative support to our Facilities Management Team.
What you'll be doing
The role involves ensuring that all legislative paperwork, orders and invoices are dealt with efficiently while maintaining an appropriate filing system. You will deliver a high standard of customer care and ensure that performance is achieved, in line with agreed targets and timescales.
What we're looking for
- experience in an appropriate Facilities Management role and be able to prove effective communication with customer – internal and external;
- a qualification at Level 2 of the Regulated Qualifications Framework,;
- an understanding of a range of ICT systems / software packages;
clear verbal and written skills; and - a flexible approach, with good time management and organisational skills.
