We have listened to your feedback and improved our mobile App.

The new App brings you additional features, including real time repair tracking so you can see your request at every stage. The app will also give you easier account recovery and access to more useful links such as West Yorkshire Fire Service. 

The WDH App includes a range of useful functions enabling you to:

  • view your rent statements;
  • request a repair and send a picture;
  • pay your rent securely or set up a Direct Debit;
  • update your account details and contact preferences;
  •  find the answers to frequently asked questions; and
  • keep up with WDH news.
