WDH and Termrim build 22 new homes on former depot site in Airedale

Published 1 March 2019

WDH and building contractors Termrim have built 22 new homes on WDH’s former depot site at Austin Road in Airedale.

The development is a mixture of three bedroom homes and two bedroom flexible bungalows, all for affordable rent, in a very popular area where new homes are in high demand.

Work began in September 2017 and has taken just over 14 months to complete. All of the properties are built to a high standard and include quality fixtures and features.

The bungalows allow living on one floor with an additional bedroom and bathroom on the upper floor, to support flexible living if needed.

Andy Hollings, WDH’s Development Manager, said: “Development and growth is a key part of our business. It is a pleasure to continue to provide new homes for our customers across the district. This scheme enhances the area and offers a range of modern and flexible living options for prospective customers.  The work is a credit to our contractor, Termrim, and all of the different teams at WDH who have contributed.”

WDH is currently working on a further five sites with more sites in the pipeline, building both homes for sale and to rent.
