This year’s Tenant Survey is currently underway, giving you the opportunity to voice your opinion of and satisfaction with WDH.
Carried out by TLF Research, our customer experience specialists, the first wave of the survey will run until Friday 25 February 2022.
The second wave of the survey will run from Monday, 11 April to Friday, 20 May 2022.
To take part in the survey, you will be sent an online link though text message or email, and some may receive a phone call inviting them to complete the survey which should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
The survey is fully confidential, so you can be assured that a phone call or message from TLF Research is legitimate. You can have confidence that responses are anonymous unless you choose to share your name, and that data is shared securely with TLF following GDRP best practice.
Your feedback is vital in making sure we continue to meet the high standards we place upon ourselves and helps us to develop the best service possible for all our tenants.
What you tell us also allows us to:
• compare customer satisfaction with other social housing providers and the commercial sector;
• understand what our tenants really think of WDH; and
• take action on what matters most to you.
