On Christmas Day our dedicated employees helped ensure that tenants and customers continued to feel safe and supported.
The Care Link team answered 631 calls in a 24 hour period on Christmas Day from our older and more vulnerable customers, providing them with the assistance they required. Our Resident Scheme Managers and Community Support Workers all contacted residents in our Independent Living Schemes to ensure they were okay.
Our OneCALL team also took 153 calls on Christmas Day, with the majority relating to repairs. Emergency jobs were all dealt with by our employees who were working on call throughout the day.
