WDH, in partnership with Starfish Construction, is building new homes in Wakefield. To ensure the safety of students at the nearby Sandal Magna Primary School WDH has worked with the school to educate them about the importance of staying safe near building sites.

School children name new street in Wakefield

Children from Sandal Magna Primary School were presented with a prize after their suggestion was chosen as the winning street name on WDH’s latest development on nearby Sparable Lane.

Crystal Croft was the winning suggestion and the successful class was presented with an iPad, donated by Starfish Construction.

WDH has worked closely with the children to educate them on the importance of staying safe near building sites.

The new development in Sandal will consist of six, two bedroom and two, three bedroom properties available for rent and six, three bedroom and two, two bedroom properties available for sale through Shared Ownership.

The site is due to be completed just before the end of the year.
