We are pleased to share our latest Annual Report with our customers and stakeholders.
The Report highlights some of our achievements and the great work that was carried out during 2020/2021 and showcases some of the ways in which we have contributed and worked with others to make our communities great places to live.
This great work includes:
supporting thousands of our customers through the Universal Credit process;
awarding £500,000 to customers through our Hardship Scheme;
providing 262 new homes;
investing over £25 million in improving existing homes; and
continuing to provide outstanding services to our customers.
