Have your say on our customer service standards

As part of our commitment to delivering excellent customer service, all this week we’re asking you to take part in a consultation about our employee behaviours.  

To ensure our employees behave in exactly the way you want them to, we want you to tell us the top five most important things you want to see from our people when dealing with us.

Speaking about the consultation Sarah Chatham, WDH’s Engagement Manager, said: “Our customers’ views are very important to us. We’ve already consulted over 100 tenants in various service access points, but we really want to hear from as many people as possible. All the feedback received will be used to make our services even better in the future.”

Recently WDH was named as one of Europe’s best businesses after achieving the European Excellence Award. In winning the prestigious award a judging panel scored WDH against several categories including customer service, investing in people and achieving outstanding results.
