To make sure we can keep your home safe, it’s important that you allow us to complete our safety checks and testing when we need to. If you receive a letter or phone call to make an appointment, please allow our engineers access to your home to complete this important work. As well as risking the safety of you, your family and your neighbours, if you choose not to let our engineers complete these checks, you could face legal action with court costs of up to £1,100.
When contacting us to book or rearrange an appointment, we will ask if you or anyone in your home has tested positive for COVID-19, or if you or anyone is self-isolating due to symptoms of COVID-19. Our employees are taking extra precautions when visiting your home, including hand washing before, during and after the appointment, following increased hygiene guidelines, and always keeping a safe distance.
