COVID-19 update for our customers - January 2022

As England remains in Plan B and we continue to see an increasing number of people needing to isolate as a result of either a positive COVID test result or because they are experiencing symptoms, we are feeling the pressure on our services. As a result there may be some delays in service and completing some repairs.

The health and safety of our customers and our people is, and will continue to be, our top priority so you can rest assured we will always prioritise emergencies.

We are here for you to make sure we offer the very best support in the safest way possible.

We will be reviewing our service delivery regularly and will keep you updated on any changes, with a further update on our website on Friday 21 January 2022.
