We are currently participating in a nationwide study with HouseMark, to understand how residents feel about their landlords, and develop a consistent set of questions that will help get to the heart of what matters to residents.

Our opening hours will change slightly over the Christmas period. Our service access points and Hubs will be open on Monday 23 December as normal. They will then close from Christmas Eve (Tuesday 24 December 2019) reopening on Monday 30 December 2019.

Airedale and South Elmsall service access points (SAPs) will be closed on Friday 13 December. They will open as usual on Monday 16 December.

Advent calendars have been handed out by the Cash Wise and Central Debt teams ready for Christmas.

The Debt, Cash Wise and Tenancy Ready Teams were recognised for their response to the challenges presented by Universal Credit (UC), welfare reform and poverty across the district.

To allow us to provide you with the best customer service we have reviewed the opening hours of our SAP’s and Hub’s across the district and made some changes.

WDH has partnered with technology business Care Management (CM) to pilot innovative technology that will monitor independent living scheme residents’ health and predict health issues using heart rate, hydration levels, activity, sleep, muscle mass and grip strength, so that we can pre-empt any health issues and make the necessary adjustments.

Airedale SAP will be closing at 4 pm on Friday 15 November 2019 for approximately two weeks whilst we refurbish and improve the facilities.
