To help you find your new home before Christmas, you are invited to a series of open day events at WDH’s beautiful show home on the Elm Tree Park development in Lupset.

WDH is launching a show home at a new development in Havercroft on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 September 2021.

WDH has started work on a new £3.5 million development to provide more affordable housing in Hellifield, near Skipton, North Yorkshire.

Work has commenced on a £9.2 million scheme which will allow WDH to bring 39 new affordable homes to Castleford.

WDH, working with Esh Construction, is redeveloping two of its former independent living schemes to provide 38 new affordable homes in Wakefield. The two developments, known as Greenhill Road and Colin Barnaby Court, will see an overall investment of £5.5 million and will be delivered by Esh Construction.

WDH is working with Leeds Federated Housing Association (LFHA) to provide 82 new homes on previously unused land at Pemberton Road in Castleford.
