The new tenant of the 25th WDH Homebuilder property says she is ‘delighted’ with the high quality of her new WDH home.
Adele Withington, 34, was allocated one of the six new properties on Nicholson Street in Castleford and earlier this week moved in with her son, six-year-old Jaydan.
Adele’s new home is 25th to have been built by the WDH’s in-house team, and to mark the occasion she was presented with a cake, flowers, and a DVD for young Jaydan by Homebuilder Manager Adam Green.
“All of these new houses are really nice and when I saw they were available I applied on Homesearch straight away,” said Adele.
“The rooms are all a good size and it has got a garden for Jaydan to play in so I’m delighted to be moving in.”
Adam said: “The 25th property is a landmark that the Homebuilder team are proud to have reached and we hope Adele and Jaydan have a wonderful time living here.”
Work will start on the next Homebuilder project at Hawthorn Court in Crofton in the coming weeks and will see 32 timber framed properties built on the site of a former residential home.
