If you are a WDH employee and you cannot remember your WDH password then you can reset it here.
All you have to do is enter your username and Employee number (which can be found on your ID badge) and a reset code will be sent to your mobile phone. That reset code can then be used on this page to set a new network password.
Please note that this facility is only available for those employees who have registered a valid mobile phone number on the HR system.
