How to apply

You can apply for our shared ownership properties by filling in the online application form

Before applying please seek financial advice and / or a mortgage illustration as this will help speed up your application process.

Please also send us a copy of your shared ownership mortgage illustration; if you are a cash buyer and unable to get a mortgage, please send us a copy of your full credit report.

Once our assessments are complete, we will contact you either for further information or to offer you a viewing.
