Feedback from job applicants
When you apply for a job, you want to be able to do it quickly. You want the application form and guidelines to be clear and easy to complete. And you want to feel confident that people at the other end will be able to answer any questions you might have, and send you information quickly, if you have requested it.
We regularly ask for feedback about our recruitment process, to make sure applicants find it as straightforward as possible.
