More Information Sessions Taking Place

New WDH Service Information Point Opens
Tenants and residents can now access information on WDH from the heart of their community following the launch of our first Service Information Point (SIP).
They can access and use services such as Homesearch through touch screens to apply for accommodation as well as report and check progress on repairs, report compliments or complaints, anti-social behaviour and access their rent account statements.
Our first SIP was officially opened at the Kingsley and Fitzwilliam Community Resource Centre in June. Special sessions are being held to show customers how to use the SIPs and access the wide range of services available.
Our Neighbourhood Partnership Manager, Helen Woodcock, says, “We’re always looking to improve our service to tenants and this latest initiative demonstrates our commitment to putting tenants first.
The new information point will make it easier for customers to access our services from their neighbourhood, and we’re looking forward to helping people use the facility.”
