What you pay
It’s important to pay your rent and service charges on time, because they pay for the services we provide for you. For example, in 2006 we spent over 87% of all rent monies we received on management, improvement and maintenance of tenants’ homes.
Rent is due on the Monday of each week – but WDH allows you to pay throughout the week as long as you make your payment by the Friday.
We will send you a rent statement three times a year or you can
view your statement online.
You should make every effort not to fall behind in your rent. If you are worried about being able to make a payment,
tell us straight away so we can advise you.

Service charges pay for services which may not be provided to everyone, or that may be for communal facilities rather than for a particular home. Leaseholders pay service charges, and tenants may also need to pay them in addition to rent.
