Weekly End to End times 2009/2010. This is the average time that it has taken us to complete repairs, taken from the day the repair is reported to the day the repair is fully completed. If more than one trades person is required the end date is taken as the day the last trade completes their element of the work.

Weekly Percentage of First Time Fix Jobs 2009/2010. A repair is classed as a first time fix if we complete the repair on the day that we first visit to complete it. If we have to return at a later date due to ordering materials; a second trades person being required; the repair not being completed satisfactorily on the first visit or for any other reason then it is not classed as a first time fix.
