When you contact us we will discuss details of your repair to decide how quickly we need to get out to your home. Emergency repairs are those which are needed to:

  • Remove serious health and safety risks.
  • Restore essential services due to burst pipes, complete electrical failure and gas leaks.
  • Prevent serious structural damage to your home.

If we need to carry out the repair to avoid danger, a risk to health or to prevent damage to the property we will get to you within 24 hours.

You should make sure you know where to turn off your gas, electricity and water supplies in an emergency to prevent or limit any damage.

If you call us out and the repair is not a genuine emergency we will charge you a call out fee.
