Service charges for leaseholders

Wakefield & District Housing is responsible for taking care of the structure and exterior of the building where you live, including areas everyone uses, like halls and stairways.

Service charges help us pay for this, including maintenance and repairs.

If you would like to find out more about service charges, why not attend one of our informal drop in sessions across the district, where our team will be available to answer any questions you may have? We will include details of these sessions with your service charge invoice.

If you are unable to attend the sessions and want to know more about service charges, please contact us or email us at leaseholders@wdh.co.uk.
