Leaseholder Pay For Use Repair Service

WDH can now offer you a full range of services to cover your repair needs, which includes:

  • Emergency and Very Urgent Work
  • Non-Emergency Work
  • Gas Appliance Servicing
  • Decorating Service

You can access the service by contacting OneCALL on 0845 8 507 507. You will need to tell the advisor you are a WDH leaseholder and wish to use the Leaseholder Pay For Use Repair Service. They will verify your address details and take the details of the repairs required.

If your enquiry is an emergency we will tell you how much the call out charge will be, this will vary depending on the time and day you call us. If the work you require is not an emergency, or a gas service we will carry out a free, no obligation survey and provide you with a quotation for the cost of the work.

All the above services are available to leaseholders who have purchased their flat through the Right to Buy, Preserved Right to Buy or, Right to Acquire scheme or purchased a share of a new build property through the New Build HomeBuy scheme.
