Leaseholders

WDH is the largest, single housing organisation ever created through a transfer. It was established following strong support to create a new, different and well-managed housing association.

WDH is a not-for-profit registered social landlord (RSL) with charitable status and is regulated by the Housing Corporation. It has no shareholders and no dividends are paid out.

We own and manage over 30,000 houses for families, elderly people, single and vulnerable people. Our homes are a mix of houses, bungalows, maisonettes, flats and apartments, some of which are high-rise blocks. Currently there are around 370 properties that are leasehold.

WDH run regular forums for leaseholders. This gives you the opportunity to get valuable information from us, and to ask questions and raise any issues you may have.
