What improvements do we make?
Homes are improved to meet a certain high standard, known as the
Wakefield
Standard. This is higher than the national standard set by the government.
All properties will be individually surveyed so that we can decide the extent of work needed.
We always check electrical and gas systems and fit/check smoke alarms each year. In addition, improvements may be made in the following areas:
| Area |

| Windows |
High quality PVCu double-glazed windows with secure locking handles. Metal windows replaced. |

tiling and redecoration. |
