Actual: We currently have an average of 77%.

Project completion rate
Aim: At least 80% of projects to be completed on time.
Actual: We currently have an average of 77% of projects completed on time.

Jobs created locally
Aim: At least 30% of the employees of the construction company will be residents of Wakefield and District.
Actual: Currently an average of 39% are local residents.

Customer satisfaction
Aim: At least 90% customer satisfaction with the works.
Actual: Currently we have an average of 94% customer satisfaction overall.
