Aim: To have 85% satisfaction with the construction company we use.
Actual: We currently have an average of 90%.
Project completion rate
Aim: At least 95% of projects to be completed on time.
Actual: We currently have an average of 98% of projects completed on time.
Jobs created locally
Aim: At least 43% of the employees of the construction company will be residents
of Wakefield and District.
Actual: Currently an average of 45% are local residents.
Customer satisfaction
Aim: At least 100% customer satisfaction with the works.
Actual: Currently we have an average of 98% customer satisfaction overall.
