We will not refuse permission unless there is a really good reason. If we do refuse, we will explain the reason why. When we give you permission,
we will do so in writing with a list of conditions that you must follow.
Before completing an application form, please download our guidance notes. These contain
everything you need to know about applying for permission to make improvements or alterations to your home.
