Tenant Involvement Officers

Your area has a dedicated Tenant Involvement Officer who has a responsibility to develop tenant participation in your area.

Engagement and Partnerships Team

The WDH Engagement and Partnerships Team based centrally have a responsibility to develop new policies and procedures and monitor the effectiveness of tenant participation across the district. The team:

• Co-ordinate major events involving tenants.
• Provide specialist support to you.
• Ensure that you are consulted and actively involved in any decision making, in a variety of ways.
• Work with other organisations to encourage tenant involvement.
• Give support to you in whatever way you want to be involved.
• Help to identify training opportunities.
• Assist in identifying funding opportunities for special projects.
