Tenant Challenge Day

WDH tenants have their say on how they access our services now, and how they would like to access them in the future.

The aim of the event was for residents to tell us what they think of how you can access our services. The day started with a presentation from Martyn Durant - Assistant Director Customer Contact, who outlined what the purpose of the event was and how the feedback would be used to influence the future of how we offer access to our services.

There was a number of workshops based on how people usually access our services and to explore their experiences and seek views and ideas of how we could change things to suit the users in the future. To help get the message across there was also an entertaining play which showed how quickly technology has moved on in the last twenty years.

Initial feedback has been very positive with a broad range of comments on how we offer access at present and how we may offer it in the future.
