Involving tenants

We believe our tenants should be at the heart of all the decisions we make about how we plan and deliver services in Wakefield and the surrounding district.

But for this to happen, we need you to become involved in those decisions, and tell us what you think.

There are many ways to do this, from taking part in a tenant survey to joining a Tenants’ and Residents’ Association or Area Housing Forum. Or you can apply to be a member of your Local Management Committee or the WDH Board.

Getting involved in what happens in your local area means that you will be able to have your say about local events and changes that might affect you.

In turn, this helps us provide the right services in the right place at the right time. It’s our job to do everything we can to make sure you can be proud of your home and neighbourhood.
