Finding a WDH property There are many ways of finding an affordable home in Wakefield and the surrounding district. Or you can buy a percentage of a new home and rent the rest from us, with the option of gradually increasing your share. Become a leaseholder... If you buy a flat or maisonette via the Preserved right to Buy or Right to Acquire scheme, or a percentage of one under the New Build Homebuy scheme, you will automatically become a leaseholder. Supported Living...
