Your responsibilities

Everyone wants to live in a clean, safe and pleasant environment – but to keep it that way, we need to take pride in the area where we live and look after it.

WDH encourages residents to keep gardens and common areas tidy. This creates a much better living environment for people close by.

We also expect you to report any anti-social behaviour which is affecting the quality of life in your community – particularly if things are being damaged, or residents feeling intimidated.

And we would like you to tell us if you suspect someone has fenced off WDH property without permission, or extended their garden into our land. WDH provides a service for everyone and fencing off our property is not just illegal, it is unfair on the other residents we serve.
