Personal safety
WDH wants to promote a safe and secure environment for people to live in. We want to do everything we can to prevent anti-social behaviour before it starts.
We will do this by using preventative methods where appropriate. We hope to build strong community links and a culture of mutual respect, so that everyone is included, and feels they have a say.
Unfortunately, there are sometimes people and families who act unreasonably towards their neighbours and communities. As your landlord, we will investigate allegations of nuisance or anti-social behaviour and deal with the complaint appropriately.
And we will continue to work closely with residents, community groups, Wakefield Council and West Yorkshire Police to create safer neighbourhoods.
