This is a way of becoming involved in the decisions made by WDH without having to attend meetings or events.

• We will email you approximately every two to three months and ask you to comment on a document or complete a questionnaire about our services;
• you will have a certain amount of time to send us your reply.
• if you send us your reply within that time, you will be entered into a prize draw;
• each time you take part your name will be entered into a prize draw for £100 of shopping vouchers. So the more you take part the more chances you have to win;
• if there is anything you do not want to comment on or fill in, you don’t have to;
• you can become a member of this group if you are a WDH tenant or leaseholder; and
• if at any time you would like to be removed from our mailing list, just let us know.
