Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS)

Did you know that you can obtain free training and independent advice on a number of housing issues? TPAS is a not-for-profit organisation that provides advice, training and consultancy on the involvement of tenants in their housing management.

They aim to encourage tenant empowerment and participation through working with both tenants and landlords and offer training wherever possible upon request. WDH is a member of TPAS, which offers a variety of benefits for our tenants including free membership for any tenants’ group that is recognised by WDH and has a constitution.
