Wakefield and District Housing (WDH) owns and manages more than 30,000 homes across the Wakefield district.

But, did you know that you could manage your own estate?

We gave our tenants the opportunity to run their own Tenant Management Organisation (TMO) as part of our promise to you when we took control of Wakefield Council’s properties in 2005.

There are already a number of TMOs operating across the UK where tenants have chosen to take formal control for their housing service, including the management of their estates.
