Scheme Completion
The Engagement Team will send a Scheme Completion Questionnaire to each property once all properties on a specific scheme have been completed and signed off by all the tenants, which can sometimes be a number of weeks after works have finished.
We invite all tenants to give feedback on the modernisation works and each Scheme Completion Questionnaire returned is entered into a free prize draw to win £50 Shopping Vouchers.
The Scheme Completion Questionnaire consists of various questions including:
- 'What did you think of the information sent to you before the works began?'
- 'Did you have regular contact with your liaison officer?'
- 'Was enough done to minimise dirt and mess?'
- 'What do you think to the condition of your home following works?'
The feedback is then passed to the contractor who will make continuous improvements to the process.
