Performance Booklet

The performance booklet is produced every quarter and is presented to the Resident Involvement Monitoring Group.

The booklet contains the Resident Involvement Action Plan, a number of actions that the Engagement Team are responsible for completing, as well as Performance and Value for Money information for the Engagement Team and the five management areas.
