Focus Groups

Focus Groups consist of no more than 10 tenants who are invited to take part in an informal discussion on specific issues.

The facilitator, usually an employee, cannot take part in the discussion but they will take notes and ask specific questions to get everyone involved.

Individuals are not identified in any notes and all personal details are kept confidential.
