Choice Event
Our new development
at Oakenshaw Street, Wakefield
Tenants are invited to select their fixtures and fittings at a choice event before the improvement work starts in their
home. Tenants are given specific information about start dates for their property
and also the range of works to be completed.
Tenants will make choices
of kitchen units, worktops, tiles and floor covering for the kitchen with a choice
of tiles and floor covering for the bathroom, if required.

If tenants are unable to attend the choice
event we can arrange for the contractor to do a home visit, at a date and time to suit.
