As an organisation we are aware that fuel prices are on the increase. This is leading to an increased number of our tenants suffering from fuel poverty (where the household spends more than 10% of the income on fuel bills).
We are looking to improve the energy efficiency on existing housing and new build through the installation of highly efficient central heating systems and through the provision of insulation to our properties.
