Welcome to WDHInteractive

WDHInteractive is a new service from WDH that gives tenants online access to services, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

WDHInteractive allows tenants to report repairs; view tenancy details; and view rent statements online. More services such as online rent payments will be made available later this year.

WDHInteractive is accessed securely in a way that will stop anyone else seeing your details while you are online. You can see that you are securely connected when a small padlock icon appears in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

To use WDHInteractive, you must first Register for the service, completing a simple electronic form with your personal details.
