Thank you to everyone who took part in our latest tenant satisfaction survey, which was carried out over the telephone by customer experience specialists, TLF to make sure the results are independent.
The results are now in and we are proud to report that tenant satisfaction is now 85.4%.
Tenant Satisfaction is very important to us, and we will continue to work on improving our services. Over the next six months, we will continue to focus on the issues which you have told us are important to you:
The way we deal with nuisance and antisocial behaviour;
Being easy to deal with; and
Keeping our promises and commitments.
